How does the custom trophy process work?
Every project starts with a detailed briefing where we define your objectives, audience, timeline and budget. Based on that input, our design team creates a fully custom 3D concept tailored to your brand and event. After feedback and approval, production starts in house using premium materials. Each trophy goes through finishing and quality control before being carefully packaged and shipped worldwide.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. We produce both one off statement trophies and larger award programs for international events. The ideal quantity depends on the complexity of the design, materials and production timeline. During the briefing phase, we advise you on the most efficient and cost effective approach for your specific project.
How long does it take to produce a custom trophy?
Production time depends on the design complexity, materials and quantity. On average, custom trophies take between four and eight weeks from concept approval to delivery. For large scale programs or highly technical designs, timelines may vary. We always align expectations early in the process and provide a clear production schedule before we begin.
Which materials can you use?
We work with a wide range of premium materials, including metal, acrylic, wood and advanced 3D printed components. Materials are selected based on aesthetics, durability and performance requirements. In many cases we combine materials to create contrast, structure and visual impact. Each design is engineered to ensure stability, long term durability and stage presence.
What does a custom trophy project cost?
Bespoke projects start at $3,000. The final number depends on quantity, design complexity, materials and finishing, and how much time we have. We walk through all of it in the briefing and put it in writing before anything is produced. For smaller budgets, our webshop lets you configure your own award with your text, logo and artwork.
